RECIPE: Paleo Almond Brownies
Paleo Almond BROWNIE
This is definitely one of the easiest and healthiest brownie recipes you will found out there!
I loved it, my boyfriend loved it, his friends who ate the rest loved it...basically I guarantee you'll love it too! Give it a try!
Ingredients:
2 cups blanched almond flour
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
250gr 99%/81% dark chocolate
14-15 Medjool dates (pitted)
6 large eggs
1 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
few drops of stevia (optional)
Preparation:
Preheat oven on 350°F/180°C.
Mix dry ingredients and put in a food proccessor.
Add half of the chocolate and blend.
Add dates and blend.
Next incorporate oil, eggs, vanilla and stevia if using, and blend until everything is combined.
Grease a 10" square pan (normal or springform) with coconut oil and line it with baking paper.
Pour the mixture over and add the remaining chocolate on top in small chunks.
Bake 18-20' and cool at least 2 hours before consuming.
