So it's basically a Smoothie & Pudding coming together to create this delicious Smoodding!
Now to the recipe!
Ingredients: makes 2 servings
2 tbsp Chia
2 cups Coconut milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Agave nectar
100 gr frozen Raspberries
50 gr frozen Mango
50 gr frozen Banana
1 tsp Agave nectar
1 cup of water (or less)
Preparation:
1) Soak the chia overnight (or at least for 4 hours) with the coconut milk, adding vanilla and agave for flavor and some extra sweetness.
2) Right before serving blend all the fruit and top your chia pudding with it.
3) And voilà! Enjoy your Raspberry-Coconut Smoodding!
It's perfect for breakfast, dessert, snack or any time of the day you want to satisfy your sweet (but healthy) tooth!
